This is such a great idea, but I think I would need exceptions for anticipated "extra" costs (e.g. the Jan. deal at the local yoga place that ties into my new year resolutions). I think I'm going to try an altered version, "Nearly No Spending" January.

I LOVE the wood floors! What a great motivation idea! I'm in Louisiana, so my heart is set on a plantation-style home...but I haven't worked up the courage to see if it's possible yet...so now I will!
