I tend to lurk, reading posts through Feedly. I want to like running, but despite many attempts to start, it hasn't stuck yet. My travel bucket list includes getting back to England. I was a student there for a semester in college and didn't get to explore as much as I'd have liked.

I'm guilty of lurking — read in Feedly and rarely click through. I've been reading for a couple of years now, since signing up for your Bootie Buster challenge. Currently living in Prescott, AZ. I'm not a runner, but I keep telling myself I want to be.

Well, my Nike FuelBand popped at the joint again on Christmas night. (This is the second one I've had, the second to break at the same spot.) So I'd love to try a Fitbit or Polar activity tracker instead.

Well said. I'm just sitting down to write my post for Tuesday, and I'm not sure I can be half as eloquent.

You're right: They were robbed. We all were, to an extent. What matters now is what we do about it. I think you have the right idea in choosing to reach out and make the world a better place, in any way you can, no matter how small.

Huh. I've never really timed my massages. I just know they always seem to end too soon. Guess I should check my watch next time. I'd hate to be getting cheated out of prime relaxation time.

Actually, I just got a massage earlier this week. It was the first time in more than a year, and the therapist still remembered me. Now that's what I call service, even if it wasn't a full 60 minutes. Though come to think of it, I'm pretty sure we started at 1:40-ish and I walked out a little more than an hour later.

This might be a dumb question, but do you eat the skin? I always thought squashes like butternut/acorn had to be peeled or scooped out of the shell. That being said, I love making butternut squash fries — and one of my favorite recipes from my low-carb days is "Turnip Fries." You just cut turnips into fry shapes, toss with olive oil, chili powder and salt and bake. Yum!

There's nothing I like about winter running ... but with a jacket like that, I could tolerate it!

P.S. I liked your page on Facebook & tweeted about the giveaway.

Keep up the good work. I, too, mistakenly thought the ladder workout would be easier. Heck — it only has something like six exercises ...

But I couldn't do the 10s on the shoulder press — could barely finish the 9s. And I think your plank has mine beat ... I was thrilled just to be able to do a straight-legged plank at all.

What a beautiful baby. It's hard for me to say because I don't have kids of my own, but I imagine I'd feel like your pre-Caroline self — that's MY time. Then again, they say your perspective changes once you have a little one.
