I'm the product manager for the MRIShomes mobile app. Can you please contact the MRIS Support Center? They'll be able to troubleshoot this with you. You should be able to download and install the Blackberry version of the MRIShomes app on your phone.
thanks,
Kerry

7.If this is a regularly occurring call (ex:, once a week) select an option under Recurrence.
8.If the client you are scheduling the call for is already in your Contacts, click on Select/View Contacts and select the client you need to call. If the client is not already in your contacts, you can just enter their phone number in the Description or Notes field.
9.For Reminder, select an option for how far ahead of time you want to receive a reminder for this call.
10.For Priority, you can select High, Medium or Low.
11.You can add more information in the Notes field if needed.
12.Click Save.
The scheduled activity to call that client is now saved, and you will receive an email reminder according to the settings you selected. I will add these steps to our Knowledgebase on MRIS.com so that they will be available for others who may need them. We have also recently hired someone to provide in-person training classes for the XactSite products in the MRIS region.
Thanks

2.At the top of the screen, you’ll see a section called “Snapshot” that provides a summary of calls, activities, To-Do’s, Emails, Flyers and Leads. Click on Calls.
3.The next screen is a daily view of the calendar that defaults to today’s sate. You can change the view to Week, Month, or List. Click on “Schedule Call” next to the phone icon.
4.On the next screen you can enter a description, such as “Call Jane Smith” and her phone number.
5.Activity Type will default to Call.

I’m sorry you are frustrated. I was working with the Support Center representative earlier in the week and he asked me about the Agent Featured Property widget. That widget is designed to only appear if you have an Active listing in the system to display. That way if you have a listing that changes from Active to Contingent, you won’t have an empty Agent Featured Property widget on your website. Regarding setting up an Action Plan or Activity (such as a calendar reminder), XactSite User Guides cover that, but I understand you asked for written, step-by-step directions. We don’t have step-by-step directions for each feature, but I am working on getting that documentation. The Support Center representative replied to your emails and left voicemail messages at the number you gave him. Please let us know if you didn’t receive the emails and voicemails. We certainly want to ensure that all MRIS subscribers receive the answers and assistance they need.
Here are step-by-step directions for setting up a reminder for you to call a client: (please see next reply)
