I think we may need to understand, Obama has restructured government into something, for all intents and purposes, he alone runs. Congress is a figurehead giving the illusion thst we are a republic. In reality, it appears they are impotent.

Rule 10: The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative. Avoid being trapped by an opponent or an interviewer who says, “Okay, what would you do?”
But again, make sure you couch that alternative in a moral cloak.

That, and his narcissism, He really wants to be a 'Have'. Think carefully on re-elected, in a fundamentally changed America, elections as we know them won't exist. It's not enough to look at the present, we really do need to look 'forward' and understand their vision of that future. They're banking on 2014 for complete control. But whether the Conservatives keep hold on the House and and even if the gain in the Senate, for all intents and purposes they've become figureheads.

The thing they neglect to include, or state, are those who have the Power. While they're implementing the 'rules' to implement change clothed in morality, so everyone has an even chance, what they're really doing, is creating a Power class within this structure. Power which they hold over a population they truly disdain.
That's the end goal, It has nothing to do with a better world.

Really, it looks like for the most part, I think he was speaking to Obama, although there is a point Boehner appears to include Michelle.
Regardless, her body language and expression clearly expresses her distaste. Classless and lacking manners. But then I doubt she feels she has to show basic courtesy.

You'd think these so-called leaders would have common sense. The wealthy here, if not Dem/Obama/Liberal cronies, will take their money and move it, or leave.

Obama friends are exempt I'll bet.
