Makes sense. They aren't taught to think (remember Obama's words-don't think critically, don't question your leaders), they're taught to regurgitate information---indoctrinated. Trying to get them to think is an exercise in futility most the time, no matter what you point out they can't connect the lily pads in the pond.

They needed an academic study to figure that out? That would seem to be rather logical, wouldn't it?

There could be a direct correlation between kick-off time and the delay in getting there to see it...

:) I was thinking the same thing. Nothing like a bunch of Redneck, pumped up football fans.

Tactics like this, rather than inducing me to roll belly up and capitulate just so they back off and we have peace--- preventing me from getting where I wish to go, tends to make me dig in my heels and resist even more. They wouldn't win any brownie points or support from me with this behavior. In fact, in spite of my all of 5'4". I'd be tempted to get out and remove them from my path so I can continue on my way. Especially if I just spent how much to go to the Super Bowl.
They have absolutely no right to prevent anyone from their pursuits. None.

And just the 2010 returns? After review, did they come out to be the least damaging?

It may be legal, but that doesn't mean it's ethical. Somehow it has the taint of lying. And it leaves the burden with those of us without enough 0's to hide our money, tax-free, in off-shore accounts.
Now I'm not aligning with the so-called 99%, but there is just something distasteful about it.

I agree with all of the candidates on this, and for once Santorum makes sense. Going forward...there should be no 'recess' appointments, even when in actual recess. Obama has so abused the flexibility of the Presidential Office, I would be surprised if steps weren't taken to tighten up it's power to prevent this type of dictatorial behavior, and yes weakening it in the process. This could have the consequence, equally unfortunately, of weakening the US.

I doubt it. From their vantage point, the donor's is where the power and money lie. The constituents mean nothing. They're trash. The Marie Antoinette Syndrome----let them eat cake.
