None of the quotes from the APA say anything to contradict the view that sexual orientation is fixed. Whether you choose to act on it is a choice, the underlying attraction is not. The cause is as the APA says, currently unknown. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gay_gene for a list of papers.

Of course it is once hetero always hetero.Orientation is stable over time, be it straight, bi, lesbian or gay. I never said otherwise - it is you who claims it changes, which is contrary to all current medical knowledge. My comment on your ignorance of the facts is an observation, not an attack. You have presented no evidence other than "proof by blatant assertion", and appear to be willfully confusing behaviour with orientation.

What are you talking about? This isn't "my theory". The APA and professional medical bodies throughout the western world acknowledge that orientation does not change, and that "reparative therapy" is in fact harmful. You have been unable to produce a single reference or fact to back up your ill-informed opinions.

Yet again, you fail to differentiate between a behaviour and an orientation. What you describe is called "situational sexual behavior" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Situational_sexual_b... and is essentially forced by circumstance. Someone's sexual orientation describes an enduring pattern of attraction, emotional, romantic, sexual, or some combination of these; see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexual_orientation. Anne Heche has been married to a man, has had several documented relong term relations with men, currently James Tupper, and also with at least one woman, Ellen DeGeneres which lasted 3 years. This demonstrates an "an enduring pattern of attraction" to both sexes. Hence she fits the definition of bisexual.

It happened in the Washington State Convention Center - see http://www.studentpress.org/nspa/pdf/contract_jea... so you are factually incorrect. It simply did not happen in a classroom. Calling me "full of crap" does not change the facts, and I did give accurate information.
