Quite honestly... I haven't been reading as much as I should. I only get in a couple of books a year. But those couple, I might add, are ones that completely rattle my world. "Crazy Love" (Francis Chan) and "Unleashing Courageous Faith" (Paul Coughlin) are two that are done this year; working on "Everybody Wants To Go To Heaven But Nobody Wants To Die" (David Crowder).

Strangely enough... both for something they had completely committed their lives to. Makes you kinda wonder how much different things would be if all Christians were equally as sold out to Christ.

I keep seeing posts on FB today (and elsewhere) saying "Never Forget." I think another thing to add on to that is "Forgive."

I'm very thankful for all of the amazing men and women serving both foreign and stateside, military and non-military (police, fire, EMTs, etc.), to keep this country safe and running. As someone who has a lot of family and friends that either have served or are serving, I am exceptionally grateful for their sacrifice.

I'm blessed to be the worship pastor of the First Church of the Nazarene in New Braunfels, TX. WOOHOO! God's been working in us even in the short time (since June) that I've been here. Looking forward to seeing what He has in store for us for the upcoming weeks and months!

Excellent work, yet again, Jon. Funny thing... God's been pushing the song "Everything Glorious" through my mind this entire week. It's such a constant reminder that everything that God makes is glorious... and He made me, so... :-)
