I couldn't agree with this more. Senior execs and management are the ones who will reap the most reward in the long-run, so I believe that in the short-run bonuses and salaries should be slashed.

1) It's free.
2) I can edit the HTML.
3) It supports Disqus.
4) Default themes are awesome.
5) Custom domain support is free.
