I agree so much with you. Government legislation may ban the toy, but it won't fix bad parenting!

I personally don't think toys should be associated with food period. It's a terrible marketing ploy. Food choices are too important to be confused by toy incentives.

Do you think toys in meals are OK in general?

Agreed...It is all PR BS! What they really meant was 75% of oil is now below the surface and the shrimp are eating it.

Disturbing. I'm not saying that artificial hormones in cows are not a problem, but there are hormones in moms too...and it's not all that uncommon for newborn babies to have breastbuds...

Hey Adam. Thanks for your comments. I suppose when I said sugar, I really just meant added refined table sugar (which I guess is sucrose) or some sort of artificial sweetener as opposed to the food naturally containing its own sugars.

That is very true. Lettuce from the garden always has aphids on it, so I've probably eaten a few of those :)

I sort of thought that it's funny that in the near future, it's possible that it will be recommended to eat bugs, but currently, we use pesticides and drastic measures to keep bugs out of our food.
