Hey Reymond,

The diet you've mentioned here is really impressive. A diet like that, coupled with cardio and weights will definitely give anyone the dream body they're looking for. In case you're overweight, I would suggest wearing clothes that hide you problem areas. The most important thing here is self confidence. The more you have, it doesn't matter what type of body you have.

Hi,

I've recently started going to a gym. I hit the gym around 6 am in the morning, Usually I have two slices of whole wheat bread before I hit the gym. Is that allowed ? Or should I have a fuller meal before I hit the gym? Any suggestions what to eat before hitting the gym?

Hi,
I'm a big fan of Italian cooking. Is Olive oil the only oil that is used? I've heard that Olive Oil is rich in Omega 6 fatty acids. Omega 6 fatty acids is not recommend in large quantities. What is the maximum amount of Olive Oil that I can consume everyday and be on the safer side?

My wife is a big fan of Mediterranean cooking. Olive Oil happens to be the main oil used for cooking. I've read that olive oil contains Omega-6 fatty acids. These fatty acids are not recommended in large quantities. What is the maximum amount of olive oil that I can consume everyday and be on the safe side?

Hi,

I've recently lost 30 pounds over the past six months. Though the overall fat content of my body has decreased, the size of my breasts has remained the same. Now they look totally out of proportion. Is there any exercise that I can try to reduce the size of my breast or do I get a liposuction. Please Advise.
