as mundane & boring as monday's can be, it will be nice to look back on this day, when ry is older and all over the place & think wow there once was a time that it didn't seem to hectic. :)

i like seeing the day-to-day of other's. i like sneak peaks into people's lives.

i think about it; however, i wouldn't go back. this is the life you were meant to have, even when the going gets tough. you're never given more than you can handle. without all the good & bad experiences we've all faced they make us who we are today. and if you like who you are today, even if it's in a healing process, then the overall outcome has been perfect. life is not perfect nor meant to be. with past experiences have brought you to today & you are good today. perfect.

sometimes you need to come back in & out and in & out again to receive clarity. sometimes stopping re-evaluating, re-focusing and re-trying are what is necessary to figure out what feels "right." kind of like a friendship that you're not sure about...you keep giving it the benefit of the doubt because you *think* there is worthiness there...it just takes a little longer to get to the core. sometimes it doesn't work out & that is ok.

the role of being a mom, a career woman (full or part time), running a household, being a wife, being you takes re-evaluating. again, it's all ok.

i, as a new reader, of your blog (found you towards the beginning of the summer, i think) have enjoyed reading your posts. i liked following along about your garden and it hit home with me because my in-laws started a garden this year and it was nice to see someone else doing the same thing. i was excited to read about your family heading to europe (i love it there) and am exciting to see any, some, a lot, all pictures should you decide to post them. :)

and jill is right, it is your blog...do what you want! i look at my blog as something for my kids to look back on when i'm old & they are curious about everyday life. i remembering being little & asking my mom to tell me stories from when i was a little girl...this is kind of the answer to that along with my stories.

whether you post once an hour, once a week, once a month, once a year...do it for you! and i'll be reading. :)

cheers! (i was not expecting this to be so long! sorry!!)

I am so sorry to hear about your grandfather's passing. Even though it is such a sad occasion, I truly enjoy the positive spin (& outlook) you took towards it. Preserving memories (with pictures) no matter what the situation can help heal even the most grave circumstances.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Sounds like you had one of the best nights yet!

I tend to think, it doesn't matter where I celebrate (thought I love me a damn good dive bar) but rather WHO I celebrate with and it sounds like you celebrated & were celebrated by the people who matter most to you!

This is the best thing I have read all day.

I love watching every aspect of my two being together so I completely know this feeling. It gives me goosebumps. I love it!

There is so much joy & comfort knowing that they want to be together not because they have to. These are the moments that will be etched into your memories until your very last breath.

Awesome! Everything looks great! All your late nights & hard work paid off! If we lived closer, we'd be over for cheese (it really is it's own food group in this house).

Can't wait to see more pics of everyone partying it up!
