I just started Pure Barre, first week into it... and I completely agree with your post! Very true! I don't have classes in my area but I picked up a Women's Health Magazine that had a sample workout. I tried the workout and it was so intense, it was awesome! So I looked up the Pure Barre website, ordered a DVD and the ball, and tried it this week! It's really hard but I absolutely love it! I can already feel my body changing!
