Thank you for exposing the failure of Politico to inform its readers of the whole truth behind its Heritage Foundation Critics story. That when notified, Ms. Glasser, its Editor in Chief, failed to even acknowledge the relevance to the credibility of the story, of pointing out to readers of her publication the financial incentives which might be driving that criticism, informs readers to take what is said there with the proverbial grain of salt.

This is why Daddy Clyburn launched a race-baiting campaign that aided and abetted Obama's capture of the WH: because it was the only way to install his unqualified daughter Mignon to a seat on the FCC and thereby 'earn' the financial payments pouring into his BridgePAC from the telecommunications industries. http://jbjd.org/2010/10/31/clyburn-obama-quid-pro...

But remember, I am not a reporter. So, I can write the truth without fear I will be suspended from my blog. For now... Anyway, I am not the one who broke the law. BP were among the group of people seeking to advantage themselves through the U.S. Presidency who picked BO to front for them in that slot. To pull this off, they only had to make him the D nominee and then get his name on the ballot in all 50 states. But each of these steps could be blocked by existing state laws. To get around state ballot eligibility laws, they got NP to sign Certifications of Nominations for state election officials (except for Texas!). Now, they had to get around the laws regarding pledged delegates from vote binding states. That's the 'coup' they pulled off at the convention. Only, I caught them. Sure, it was too late to stop them from stealing the election in 2008. But if we get up to speed, we will stop them in 2012 by not even allowing BO's name - or the name of any other Constitutionally ineligible candidate - on state ballots in 2012. http://jbjd.org/2010/08/10/a-coup-through-and-thr...
Please, read my work; and pass it on. Maintaining our Constitutional republic is not a spectator sport.

Too many people preoccupied looking at car wrecks; not enough concentrating on ways to improve highway safety.

Voter fraud is a sexy issue. However, the conduct described by participants interviewed for Ms. Gaston’s film, is not voter fraud, but rather caucus fraud. Caucuses are private club affairs. Yes, the conduct of the ‘voting’ at caucuses violated club rules; but the club rules! No one has a right to the club nominee of his or her choice.

Given that caucuses disparately award pledged delegates, that is, less ‘votes’ are required to equal a pledged delegate in a caucus than in a primary; and that being held at night, in such an extended disorganized manner, they exclude from participating many populations including but not limited to elderly, parents of young children, shift workers, and physically challenged; these party contests should be eliminated as a means to choose the party candidate. Problem solved.

Now, can we stop craning our collective necks to look at the car wreck that is blatant D party caucus fraud; and concentrate on the unlawful ballot fraud that put BO’s name on the ballot?

Keeper, thank you for appreciating the work. I stayed up all night because this Maldonado thing was spreading like wildfire and taking root! I was momentarily dismayed that so many people were falling for the same 'schtick' again! I am so pleased you can now help to spread the word.

He cannot sue because he is lying about what happened to him. (See my comment below.) (FYI, in most states, entering the primary to become a candidate for U.S. Senate; versus entering a Presidential preference primary so as to obtain pledged delegates who will vote at the nominating convention of a major political party, require different legal protocols, anyway. Apples and oranges.)

Being an ‘in your face’ kinda gal, I always admired the no-nonsense approach indicated in Missouri’s unofficial sobriquet: the “Show-Me” State. But the sense of plain dealing that name conjures up is missing from this latest dog-and-pony show coming out of Missouri, involving an unknown candidate for the Republican U.S. Senate primary who is hitching his campaign wagon to the passions he hopes to arouse with complaints the MO Secretary of State discriminated again him by compelling him to prove he is an American citizen or else she would remove his name from the ballot.

It all began when “jbjd” blog cheerleader, Michelle, sent me this video of an interview with U.S. Senator wannabe Hector Maldonado, conducted by Karen Berka from Branson Radio on July 5. Watch for yourself...

Catch anything funny about this?...
