Got this song too...love it! I'm not a big Christmas music person..but this song makes me all cheery haha. You should check out Dave Barnes "Very Merry Christmas"...it's awesome and it's free on itunes this week (this is if you haven't seen it yet).

I needed to read this tonight bro....I'm about to enter a crossroads in my life per say, and I have absolutely no clue what I'm doing/where I'm going. Thanks for giving me that quick reminder through glimpses of your own journey, that no matter how uncomfortable it may seem, God knows absolutely what He's doing and that He is always faithful.

Wow...I haven't commented in a while..life's been super hectic. Man, you're doing some awesome things! The book...can't wait to hear more about that, and the trip to Haiti will definitely be an eye opener, and I like the tattoo idea...very creative.

...Well I've been working this summer...so that's kept me busy.
...I'm trying to get into better shape so I've been doing p90x (killer) and some running
...I want to get my second tattoo..I have some ideas, but still deciding
...I might be going somewhere else in the near future...but that is still in the works and after classes are over...we'll see.

bro as usual your posts resonate with me..and don't worry about not blogging as much. Sometimes it's about living those things out...and I can see that all you in nashville are doing just that. It's such an awesome thing to see how you all are mobilizing together and literally being Christ's hands and feet. Praying for you all.
Like most of us, I think, many times, my eyes are fixed on what's around me. The trials that I face, the problems that arise, etc. Yet, having faith means believing that our God is capable of anything. It's one thing knowing about something, but it's another to genuinely believe it, and to take a leap of faith. I'm daily reminded that my eyes have to be focused on Him

1Peter 5:7-"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you."

-I don't own an iPhone or any smart phone for that matter and I'm ok with that.
-There's a huge possibility I did terrible in one of my classes but I'm ok with that.
-Sometimes I worry myself up so much so that I lose focus on God and I'm not ok with that.
-I still don't know what I want to end up doing career wise but God is daily showing me that it's going to be ok.

man I haven't commented in a while...been busy, but I think we have similar taste in music b/c I have this song too! I love this version of the song...jazzy feel. Anyways, I'll make a recommendation..you should check out train's latest album..save me, san francisco...that is if you haven't already.

wow dude that's definitely going to be eye opening..will def. lift the trip up in my prayers. For me, I think I've said it before, but I'll say it again...is when I went to Guatemala two years ago..helped build a youth center and worked with kids...such a blessed experience.
