Absolutely. I always ask pro-aborts this when they use that bad argument: If you think some pro-lifers are inconsistent for being pro-capital punishment, can you see the difference between A and B?

A. Innocent human being crushed and dismembered without anesthetic because she is unwanted.

B. Convicted rapist & murderer who survived 10+ years of appeals put to death in the most painless way possible.

Also note that there are over 20,000+ abortions in the U.S. per week that kill completely innocent human beings, compared to 1 (one!) capital punishment of a murderer who lost 10+ years of appeals. How about 10 years of appeals for the unborn?

These Leftists think it should be legal to kill your children in the womb (or even 90% out of it!) but it should be illegal to tell your children that it would have been wrong to kill them in the womb (or even 90% out of it!). Great point, but it gets even better! There are over 100 passages directly or indirectly teaching that Jesus is the only way to salvation. Just scan the New Testament. Nothing else makes sense in light of that teaching.

That isn't what makes it true, of course. The evidence for his death and resurrection do that. But under no circumstances should anyone claiming the name of Christ teach anything but that He is the only way to salvation. A great way to expose false teachers (mainly those who are theologically liberal) is to ask if they affirm that biblical truth. They rarely do, so it makes it hard for them to pretend to be authentic believers if they deny something taught so clearly and repeatedly.

The religious Left are the biggest hypocrites. They are uniformly pro-abortion (read the Democrats' platform where they want to increase abortions at any stage by requiring taxpayers to fund them: "The Democratic Party strongly and unequivocally supports Roe v. Wade and a woman’s right to make decisions regarding her pregnancy, including a safe and legal abortion, regardless of ability to pay. We oppose any and all efforts to weaken or undermine that right."). But they pretend to be non-violent! If abortion isn't violent, nothing is violent. It is all about killing innocent but unwanted human beings, and the figures (3,000+ per day in the U.S.) dwarf any war deaths.

That means they think one of our problems is that we aren't killing enough unborn children.

Excellent points. I would add that the allegedly Christian version of the "religious Left" routinely denies the deity of Christ, his exclusivity for salvation, the authority and accuracy of the Bible, and so much more. We have a term for people who hold their views: Non-Christians.

Yes, the DVR's do send your watching info back to the companies, BUT you need to watch what you record within 24 hours of the show airing for it to count.

And mine does try to shut off after so many hours, but that's because I haven't changed the channel, so they're turning off the power for us.
