I can't figure out what he means either. But since we are guessing, how about this. There is actually a trend now that *doctors* are going overseas for medical tourism, not as patients, but to perform procedures at foreign hospitals on medical tourists. Seems kind of wacky but it is happening. So maybe that's the solution - shipping under-employed doctors offshore to satisfy the demands of medical tourists.

Yes, real men can fix anything with duct tape. But real men use duct tape to fix good stuff that's broken. They don't buy a product with a design flaw only to have to use duct tape to make it work. Only fanboys do that. Hence, fanboys are not real men.

I always remember what Jerry Seinfeld once said regarding the use of profanity. It was that if you have to use profanity then you didn't nail the joke.

People that use long strings of profanity in attempts to be funny are trying to fill in a gaping void of the talent.

Seeing wild elephants is pretty exciting, don't you think? Actually a little scary 'cuz it's real, no fences between you and them. Sometimes they are a little aggressive, too.
