I love both of these guys. Each of them is smarter than they seem to be when first listening to them. I wish there were a way for ALL of them (Beck, Breitbart, Limbaugh, Hannity, et al) to figure out what exactly it is that they have in common. (Beating the snot out of Obee-bee in 2012) The conservative political landscape is fractured enough, in my opinion.
Bailouts and more bailouts are not a FIX of Bush's mess, they are a continuation of it. More and larger spending than Bush ever dreamed of are not a fix but a continuation. More Government agencies (a brand new one announced yesterday) = continuation, not a fix.
The things that fix the economy are the American people and businesses finding ways to work around and in spite of government's strangulating policies. When you see things 'turning around' ask yourself, did Obama cause this? You'll quickly come to understand how ridiculous the statement is.
...or "ask Brian Terry?" oops, I mean his family. One Muslim sending another to Allah in service of the greater cause does not an answer to larger appeasement make.
What security? We have known about these things since I've been an agent, more than 10 years now. There are sensors that ought to have been placed in the ground, on the border, that can detect this activity wherever it is likely to occur. ie.: A river bed is much less likely than the soft clay ground of San Diego, lined with industrial parks 50 yards from the border fence. They don't even need to be hidden. A small concrete box will do. Ask Israel how they do it. They've been dealing with this for decades, but we seem hell-bent on reinventing the wheel from scratch (see: the TSA) every time.
The question is: how in the name of Sam Hill is anyone surprised?

Wow, way to hang your balls out there. Anyway, I guess I never understood what all the fuss about acting was. As well as judging between 'good' acting and 'bad'. The idea that they are the western worlds version of untouchable, unapproachable royalty has always confused me. Kids playing cops and robbers. In that sense, they are the winners in the lottery of life.
I simply judge whether or not a film has entertained or not. The story, artfully told, is what grabs me, not the individual performances.

With California law, 50 cents on every dollar collected in the state HAS to go into the "education" budget. The education bureaucracy in Ca. is mind boggling. Huge beyond measure. Think tens of billions that has nothing to do with books, teachers or facilities. Billion dollar bond measures from ten years ago that we are still decades away from paying off. We got ourselves in this mess, and it ain't until we decide to start from scratch that it'll even come close to being fixed.
....."Hey, we have a citizen in your country fighting on your side. Would you mind not shooting for a bit while we send in a team to arrest him? since, you know, we don't shoot our citizens." Yeah, this guy and his ilk have done all it is possible to do to renounce their citizenship, short of the bureaucratic requirements. THINK, think... what has to be done in order to place yourself in that position. You have to actually take up arms....but that reasoning will be impossible for you. You think an arrest is a reasonable response on a battlefield.....pity.
You're right. Properly understood, it's the nebulous stupidity in general that I was aiming to point out, rather than a specific point or zenith. Equating an avowed, active and dangerous enemy 'citizen' who has gone infinitely beyond religious 'opinion' and joined the fight in killing American troops with someone who needs to be arrested....hard to express what can exceed that in terms of stolid feeble mindedness.
To Deleted-try and imagine, you're the battlefield commander and you hear that a 'citizen' might be in your theater of operations. You then call the leader of the country you're fighting against and tell them...
