Oh, dingbatzero, you are so wrong. Socialism, by definition, takes money from some [tax payers] to give it to others. The taxpayer never sees a return on that investment. Rather, they are supposed to get their feel-good-reward for propping up the collective.

Sarah Palins oil initiative took the taxpayer money, invested it, and gives the tax payer a return on that investment.

That, my dear friend, is called "Capitalism."

I was just thinking about that, DL. My family came from Cuba in the early 60s and we remembered the signs and rhetoric too. The signs are always the same. When I saw the Che poster hanging at a DNC office in 2008, I knew my instincts had been right.

What are the signs? I'll let you in on the biggest one, "Hope and Change." They always sing that same tune.

Correct! 100% correct. People use the term "democracy" without understanding the implications. We are a "REPUBLIC" with a binding constitution.

We are only a "democracy" when we go to the polls to vote for a representative.

Ms. Sherrod, for now, is, sadly and unfortunately, "collateral damage."

I do feel bad for this lady. I honestly do. But, if liberal folks are going to play on race and with the race card, then they must learn that knife cuts both ways.

In this instance, the NAACP is sadly left with a great deal of egg on its face.

Having been redeemed, Ms. Sherrod may very well end up quite victorious and sitting pretty.

I can only hope she will be well and happy once this has all blown over.
