hey healy, what's the best way to get in touch re the spare office?

this was a pretty dope post. i found myself nodding the whole way through except for maybe the part where c'bridge > SF for young ppl. if you were referring to PA, then probably, but i actually really like SF (and i'm 23).

i think if you take the young cohort of bostonians (< 28 y.o.) interested in start-ups, i would say > 65% are interested in consumer and most of the rest in SaaS, yet most of them don't know how to build it. when i was going to events, i was finding a lot of people looking for a tech co-founder (incl myself), but didn't know how to sell it (acquire customers). so you totally hit the nail on the head, so many can't get passed the stage of the build, that they don't even begin to think about the sell.
