Hm, I had forgotten about the helm/cloak display that I turn off more often than not.

Just out of curiosity, what is the questline that you found in Eversong that is "new to you"? I think I have a good working knowledge of the area, but I wonder if there's something that slipped past my radar...

I'll admit, I'm not sure how to feel about this holiday. I like the idea - I like the idea of so much gold/experience for so little work, I like the pet, I like the blah blah blah. The first time this holiday came around, I was so gung ho about it, I went to every single fire and I dragged Lus along with me, because, "It's so easy, come on!"

Now? Now, I know that there is easy experience (easy, because you have to click a damn fire) but it's SO very time consuming to go to ALL the fires in the middle of gawd knows where and if I was smart, I would make some sort of chart to expedite the whole process... I have a shaman who could definitely benefit from the experience, but I haven't yet talked myself into actually going to do all the fires. Even knowing there's "free" experience involved. The easy quest credits for The Seeker may be the hook, but not the experience offered, oddly enough.

Even worse is when you see the error and want to fix it... but is it worth tweeting one single word afterwards to "fix" what you did? Since I feel like I'm the only one that cares, I'm torn about it every time :(

I forgot to add, I feel the same way that you do for the same reasons. I make an effort to be grammatically correct in my blog posts and I will read and re-read to make sure that I've spelled things correctly. If someone else can't make the small effort of a proofread before they post, as you said, why should I read it?

Perhaps this is just a personal pet peeve, but it drives me up the wall to see "Alliance" shortened to "ally" or "allies" and the true meaning of those words just goes sailing over the collective heads of the users (mostly Horde, of course) This actually bothers me more than seeing "Hord" used Alliance-side to refer to the Horde.

But yes, I heartily agree on all counts!

What a sucky situation :( At least Freedom Day isn't too far away?

You can come over for cakes (whether in pan or cup form) anytime - we'll enjoy them out on the porch while talking about non-work things!

You're quite the dedicated hunter to (repeatedly!) oil up your dino at his every whim. I can't say that I'd have the patience (or fortitude) to do the same. Snuggle up to a bear? Sure. Oil up a dino? Um... perhaps not so much.
