I read this book many years ago and enjoyed it very much, my copy as hundreds of underlines, curled corners, and sticky notes that go back more than 10 years. When I read it I fell in love with the idea of Pure potentiality. We happened when life and we must create a state of perpetual learning where every experience is a lesson which we have to interpret.

Deepak reminds us to become consciously aware of all the choices we make it every moment, this is the essence of the book, of these teachings, and the life as. And we can use every moment to create a better reality for ourselves and others.

Seeking our Dharma is the reason for our existence, we cannot minimize the importance of being

Money and the Law of Attraction is a really interesting book, we become what we think about. I love the quotation that kicks off this note as it is empowering, Henley is the responsibility on us to discover or create our own reality where money is but the median.

I love the idea of being able to create a new story as we reinvent ourselves. We must recognize that we are always changing and every day is unique making off into the person we have become. We are a collection of experiences that are to be reflected upon, for those of our lessons of life. Aligning ourselves with their sourcing energy is crucial to the creation of meaningful and worthwhile experiences.

Wayne Dyer is incredible, this early work changed the direction of Wayne Dyers life, as well as many of those who read it. It is filled with unique ideas and is a fun and pleasant read. Take charge of your own reality is in message we have seen from many philosophers. In reality we are the only one that matters when it comes to valuing ourselves; and our value should be infinite because we have this opportunity to live the life we were meant to have.

Wayne talks to us about getting rid of worry, doubt, and any negative thoughts we may have about who we are or what we've done. He reminds us of another common theme, that is living in the moment. This is so important for the enjoyment of our own life experience. Living in the moment means really enjoying what is more than what has been were what will be. Many people think that things will get better rather than enjoying the power in each and every moment. Things may get better, they may be a getting better is somewhat relative within the context of compared to what? So don't live in the past are in the future could make the most of each and every moment, that's the stuff real life is made of.

I haven't read anything by Bill Harris prior to my exposure to these Philosophers Notes and now he's jumped to the top of my reading list. The concept of lateralization of the brain is somewhat difficult for me to think about, and as I delve deeper into the concept I ask myself; How did Bill come up with this? Often I think that we make too much of the two parts of the brain in that we need both to be the person we are.

I do however subscribed to brain wave patterns as the Silva method has demonstrated the effectiveness of Alpha waves during meditation. Although having tried Holosync I can recall it working for me from going to try again and I will subscribe to the marathon analogy which took me three months to prepare for. I do believe the mind is like any other muscle the more we use it, the more we train, the more we exercise it, the more we stretch the stronger it will become.

And finally the concept of resilience is important to all of us we must deal with each situation in a unique open and flexible manner. As in nature, as in life there are no two things that are exactly the same can still insure that we look at each new situation from the new perspective and if our actions are conceived to be somewhat inconsistent we can attribute that to the uniqueness of the universe.

I love reading the Deepak Chopra, as he always takes us to another plane of existence where we are above or separated from the day to day grind of life. Such as the concept of the power of intention, if our intention is strong enough we can accomplish anything so think big and relentlessly pursue your goal. I also like the idea that there are messages in coincidence, all things happen for a reason and coincidences usually contain an important lesson. So think about it and write it down and reflect upon what had happened to create the coincidence in the first place. And finally his most important insight; Why are you here? This is a question that everyone should be asking all the time, my goal is to help people answer this question and identify their unique skills and character and help them use those for the good of mankind.

Wayne Dyer is an excellent author, his combination of lighthearted humor, poignant truisms, and character challenges make it in interesting and fun read. One of the most fun ideas I took from this book was the idea of Namaste, what a wonderful way to see the world and others and by projecting the devine in them we embody it and ourselves. Try this for one day, it will change your outlook. The second really cool idea it is "to be" what are you seeking? The idea that we must be what we are seeking challenges us to be better as we looked words the ideal and others. And finally use your mental delete button, I use it all the time. When I'm around negative people and make the conversation a short as possible and as I walk away I think "delete" and instantly I feel better.

This is another exceptional Philosophers Note, I love the idea that we create habits of fear, anger, and self-pity by buying into them. It is evident that this happens to wall of us and some are more than others. Developing compassionate recognition is the key to neutralizing these habits, we give them power and we must take it away. Like many other notes and like the idea of rejoicing in our good fortune, think about it; if we were born 100 years ago what would life be like, what if it was 500 years ago and we were in this very place, think about 1000 years ago but was the quality of life and now if you can think back 10,000 years and likely we wouldn't have lived long enough to read these notes. Yes there is a lot to be grateful for!
