I have been seeing this for a couple of months when sharing from my business page to my profile.
Not sure if its the process (blog > rss graffiti > business page > share) that is the problem?
But sharing the url directly from my webpage does not result in the spam warning.

In response to both comments : I have had businesses using this for quite awhile, and also every photo / album has a link at the bottom of the page you can copy and send to non-fb accounts to be viewed
