Not that I'm particularly fond of NPR, but Congress is treading on a slippery slope, here.

According to Article 1, Section 9 of the U.S. Constitution, Congress CANNOT pass a Bill of Attainder to punish an entity without having a judicial trial. If Congress cuts NPR's funding and even hints in any way, shape, or form that O'Keefe's video played a part in their decision, NPR has a legitimate legal case against the U.S. government. And, like ACORN, you can rest assured they WILL file suit.

Best for Congress to just go ahead and de-fund NPR along with all the other parasites without trying to justify it by bringing up O'Keefe's video.

LOL! Nice one! I can't wait to hear Olbermann's lame excuse. If anything, he'll say that Obama can say it because he's black, but whiteys use it as a racial slur---kind of like the double standard with the N-word.
