I didn't know you knitted! I love the notion of running your hands over the finished stitches each day. I do the same thing re-reading the previous days writing to start the new session.

I have now zoomed through nearly all the Casson books-- just started Forever Rose yesterday-- and I agree, they are a fascinating study in human nature in general and different female characters specifically. Much as I love Rose, I kind of wish we got to see a little more of Caddy and Saffy and Sarah as they are all such different and interesting and real characters.

It\'s pretty fascinating! I hope it is useful to you! You can do all sorts of other things with it like have it warn you if you have been too long in any \"distracting\" app/website, I think, though I have not tried those features.

Thanks Erin! I definitely prefer more specific goals to general resolutions, myself. I am still figuring out what mine will be for 2013. And I so appreciate the support -- I know PM has the best possible chance it can get with you in its corner!

We did get into the museum and it was fantastic! So was the food. I had a lot of favorites (more on that in my eventual trip report) but the pastries and cakes were definitely high on the list. Yum!
