Very sketchy indeed. I have found that any time tech companies try to block/hide access to user feedback there is a reason for that... I am sure the folks at Drobo will claim they do this to keep spam/unwarranted comments on the forum, but this is nothing more then an excuse. At least allow anyone to view the forums by simply signing up without the need to own a Drobo.

Allowing for Drobo to send direct advertising to my email account on behalf of WGS is pathetic, should we start expecting this with every partner WGS gets???

The biggest concern I would have with the Drobos is performance when streaming high bitrate content, I cannot seem to find any user feedback regarding (I guess because user feedback are hidden on the forums)

Completely agree, decouple the BeyondRAID technology from the hardware and then you have my interest instead of forcing interested customers to overpay for the hardware (folks who don't want to build can buy the Drobo line, those who want to go the DIY route can simply purchase a license for the software)

Exactly, there is ZERO enhancement over the C-200, the statement should instead read:

"which comes with a host of enhancements over its predecessor, the A-110"

You could argue that maybe they were talking about the A-200 but everything is the exact same except the case and fanless

The C-200 can do everything the A-210 can do PLUS you get support for Full BluRay menus and of course a BluRay ROM drive if desired.

I don't get it, this is just the Logitech diNovo Mini which has been out for several years now (I own two), are they really promoting this as some new/cool remote???

It is good to see NVidia finally stepping into the HD Audio bitstreaming arena and give ATI some competition. It seems soon enough HD AUdio bitstreaming will be a common feature. Of course the price will have the final say

The rear view picture shows HDMI 1.2??? Assuming this is incorrect and it is in fact HDMI 1.3, do we know it it can bitstream HD Audio?

The big plus is that with the core i3 + HDMI you can bitstream HD Audio (DTSMA and TrueHD). The downside is that the core i3 does not support 23.976 fps currently

It looks good in theory but I just don't get it, who wants to use the iPad as a remote??? Maybe I am alone but for me a remote should be lightweight and fit in one hand. Also, I should not have to look down at it every second to see what I am doing. I understand the appeal of having all this "data" right at your hands, but for me practical and "it looks cool" are two different things. Maybe I am just old school....
