Your logic falls apart once you realize a Presidential veto does not mean a bill doesn't become law when there are 60 votes in the Senate to over ride said veto. Which is why we have to overcome this idea that the Presidential election is the most important...it's not. Our local commissioners, school board, state legislators, US Representatives and US Senators are those that make laws, that is where the Tea Party needs to focus.

Anyone but Obama will work as long as we elect conservative legislatures and Governors.

How about they don't do drugs if the above was in effect. Then they keep their jobs. It's called personal responsibility, you make choices and accept the consequences for those choices.

I don't want Mr./Mrs pot smoker changing oil in my car, or Dr.Cokehead trying to fill my prescription correctly.

Also, an employer has the right to refuse you employment if your record indicates drug use at any previous employer. An employer has the right to ask previous employer if drug use was reason for dismissal.

Legalize all drugs with the following caveat:

All receipients of federal dollars for education, food stamps, welfare or unemployment benefits can be subjected to a drug screen at ANY time during normal business hours...hair sample or blood test can be used. Two failures within a year and your benefits are dropped for a year.

No federal dollars for drug rehabilitation, your employer does not have to pay to send you to rehabilitation and your health care costs go up for related health issues due to such drug use.

Your employer has the legal right to test you for drug use AT THEIR DISCRETION and if they choose they have a right to fire you over such drug use...The ACLU cannot sue any employer for harassment or any other such crap.

If your pulled over for a traffic stop you can be tested for drugs if there is reason to suspect drug use by driver of the vehicle.

I'm sure many more consequences of drug use can be listed, but you get the point. Make it legal, but the price to pay for use may be too high (pun intended) for some individuals.

Secure the border FIRST!!! Then we can talk about amnesty. If we give amnesty first, we'll get another 10-12 million illegals in our backyard. One question; if they want a better life for themselves why can't they come through the front door as so many of our ancestors did?

." Hell, we had members of our coalition dying just because they refused to cover their "Anthony", now you're asking us to go through an extra step and remove said cork? That is discrimination my friend!"

15 years ago @ Big Government - He made it relevant by addressing the first twitter posting and saying he was hacked, giving fodder to the loons of the left to insinuate it was some republican hack who sent the photo...sorta like BO blaming everything on Bush, get it????

15 years ago @ Big Government - Just as it was a big deal to the leftist in the media to bring down R.Nixon, so too should it be a big deal for the "alternative" media to break a major story involving a politician. As someone above said, it should embarrass the LSM that they did not do their constitutional duty in digging out corruption in the highest of offices, AB just gave a nice elbow nudge to the LSM and hopefully any fools left reading and watching their pap.
