Steve King is obviously an Obama pawn; all Real Patriots know that you can't repeal the 16th Amendment because it was never legally adopted, due to spelling and punctuation errors!

More video stuff happens later on; scenes of his face and the lucky courtroom, with the judge in the distance, overlaid with text from the court transcript and his own text commentary, including remarks about his wife's "man hating" lawyer's weight. Such a mensch!

Peter-Andrew: Nolan (c) / Joschua-Brandon: Boehm (tm) ;//; Throat-Warbler {Mangrove} #SuperGenius does indeed seem to be one of those memorable Sovereign Citizens (I didn't even know they had them in Australia!). A painful video exists here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GdJjOrkR97k wherein first he explains that the video is the most historical video ever recorded in the Australian Family Court System, and then shows an amazingly patient judge repeatedly asking him question which he answers with various bits of Sovereign cargo-cult language about "contract that my inalienable rights remain intact" and "is your oath in the court today" and "Mr. Peter Nolan is a straw corporation" and so on. ::Peter::!@# notes that the judge's refusal to answer these questions mean that he (the judge, who [[pEtEr]] consistently addresses as "David") is criminally impersonating a magistrate, and it's remarkable that the court officers did not immedately haul the pretend-judge off to jail immediately... Certainly worth not watching, if you are uninterested in this sort of thing!

Is it not a problem for many in the community that Google+ requires everyone to use their real-life name, and that you can be banned without appeal if you don't and someone 'reports' you?

Well, a license is just a license; it says "you have our permission to use our patented technology". It doesn't include any software per se. I don't know if SpotOn3D is planning to sell customized versions of their quasi-plugin-installer for use by other grid-owners; but maybe I haven't read the announcements carefully enough...

The main thing that would be a real blow to copybots would be cloud rendering; but I still don't see the cost calculation working out for anyone doing that on the large scale anytime soon. That's a whole 'nother issue. :)

On your last question: no, that doesn't work. It's trivial for a malicious viewer to claim to be an approved one. You can make it very slightly harder for someone who doesn't know what he's doing to log in with an unapproved viewer. But the security against someone who is actually trying to steal, rather than just casually fooling around, is basically zero.
