I think it's more common than it was...my boyfriend and I met through our blogs, got to chatting and when I was supposed to go out to Chicago plans got nipped in the bud, he came out to visit me. He moved here (my job is fairly stable and comes with retirement, he had just finished grad school) and so far, so good.

GOOD LUCK! Decide for you, not for anyone else...

This is why I was an early adapter to the internet. The small town people I went to school with thought I was a freak for not caring what they thought anyway (among other reasons) so why not see if there were other people out there like me? Thank you for being willing to put it out there so none of us feel alone or like freaks!

Great introduction! I can't wait to read more about your journey. You are so brave for sharing it with us.

I believe that I agree with you on all points, but the chocolate on the ice cream has to be the thick fudge kind.

I LOVE my ING account and if it wasn't for the fact that I was a member of a local credit union which offers some great perks in itself I would use ING as my primary account.

I love that I can add my boyfriend as a join account person on just one of the accounts, that I can have several set up for different savings goals, but that I can move money around as I need it at no charge (there are US FED rules about how often, but they're not too bad) and that I can just use my debit card at many stores to get cash back if I need it and there's no fee to do so.

I never understood why some insurances won't cover the preventative birth control methods, but will cover all costs associated with pregnancy up to and including termination. Just doesn't make sense.

Once your body gets used to it, it's not as much of a problem. Basically if that's all their eating, it my understanding that their metabolism is really horridly slow. Or they ingest a lot of caffeine, nicotine, or blow. All will suppress appetite.

I typically eat every 4 hours and have something little, but I can fight my way through basically days of what BF eats if needed.
