Mike, amazing post first of all. You hit to many targets that need to be addressed when using your facebook page for business. I even had to go back and review my page to see if I could make it easier for visitors to connect with me. Thanks for sharing.

This was a voluminous tribute to the men and women who sacrifice their freedom willingly, so we can enjoy ours. In an entrepreneurial perspective, I agree it does take the heart of a warrior to run a successful organization. Hope you had a great Memorial Day, and looking forward to your next post.

Great article! The points are clear and the information is authentic. Gen Y does interact differently with brands, and it's because of our network structures. What use to take a full day of research can now be done in less then an hour on a facebook update. Because Gen Y now has backstage access to your brand, you need to put in the effort to prove your value more then you talk about it.
