Okay, for a split second I was like "wait, isn't that kind of antifeminist?" but then I said fuck it, because Emma absolutely would be the toppy one because Scott is a complete and total control freak in most of the rest of life and I think Emma would just be like "Shut up and lay the fuck down, Summers." #12 is extremely misleading for the simple fact that 'nauseous' is not a verb. The definition should read "causing nausea", not _being_ nauseous. Nauseous is still an adjective, regardless of how many meanings it has.

#11 is also incorrect, or at the very least, you've left out a legal definition: a case is moot when circumstances change which renders the case incapable of being judged. I would say 'no longer pertinent' is a good shorthand, except the word 'pertinent' requires clarification.
