This resolution to change the First and limit how much one can spend in a campaign is not going to pass House with 3/4 nor will it make it out of Senate with that 3/4. Then it heads to state legislatures where there are many states with GOP legislative majorities. I think Reid needs about 37 state legislatures in seven years to pass on top of the 3/4 in both chambers to get it to the states.
The clock is ticking and running uphill.
