Oh gosh, this looks awesome! As soon as I saw the picture, I had the same thought that you did - 100% confident that I would love it! Sweet potatoes and avocados in a salsa is such a great idea.

I'm really in love with the fish/fruit combo lately, so this sounds wonderful to me. And there is nothing better than a beautiful, fresh salmon filet!
