They didn't hit the White House or the Capital building moron because they were stopped by brave individuals on flight 93. They succeeded by the way where the government failed us on the previous three flights.
What kind of idiot thinks that this country can place their military, their aircraft carrier battle groups off the coast of other countries, bomb them, overthrow their government, exploit them for their resources and manipulate their leadership and then they should love us? Maybe the kind of idiot who supports anything our government does no matter what. No, our government does everything right and good even if they go against the advice of the founding fathers, violate our Constitution and do all this against the will of the American people. News flash for morons. The VAST MAJORITY of the American people want NOTHING to do with supporting dictatorships, overthrowing governments, bombing people in countries that never attacked us or threatened us. THAT kids is the REAL American way. If you guys like policing the world then go live in not so Great Briton. That type of foreign policy is one of progressives NOT conservatives

So if you're so well informed Martin then give us the list of all the devestating "terrorist:" attacks on the United States BEFORE 911. Where are they? I am 52 years old and have been paying attention to world affairs since I was 11 yet I don't remember all these attacks you mention. Your entire argument is seriously flawed and does not comport at all with the reality that our intelligence officers deal with EVERY DAY in dealing with radicals. Out troops support Ron Paul because they deal with the radicals who say they want us out of their country just like we would want them out of our country. I'll bet you even think the Taliban were our enemy before we went into Afghanistan.

Maybe we should just go ahead and kill all the Muslims then. If they all want to rape us, kill us and force us to convert then why should we wait around for that? We have the weapons. Let's go gett'um right now!!!!! Ron Paul is a retard for wanting peace and to think we can actually talk to those kinds of people right? Those Saudi's who live in palaces and convort with our presidents. Those Kuwaiti's who we sent our sons to save sectretly want to rape us and kill us and saw our heads off right?

Part true. Granted FDR's embargo of oil and steel to Japan while they were engaged in a bloody war against China Japan saw that as a preemption and responded by attacking us at Pearl Harbor. I wonder what we would do if we were in a bloody war and some third country that wasn't involved embargoed our steel and oil?
So who do you more agree with FDR and Wilson or George Washington?

I have always given it as my decided opinion that no nation had a right to inter-meddle in the internal concerns of another; and that, if this country could, consistent with its engagements, maintain a strict neutrality and thereby preserve peace. George Washington - Letter to James Monroe, August 25, 1796

Do you have anything to back that up? To back up Dr Paul is the founding fathers, the active military today, just ebout the entire intelligence community assaigned to counter terrorism efforts, the 911 Commission Report bin Laden's declaration of jihad, the Constitution and Paul Wolfowitz. So tell. Who are your sources that they hate us for our freedoms and prosperity?

Ron Paul adheres to the foreign policy of our founding fathers who were NOT isolationists. Here is a hint. North Korea is "isolationist". They don't have free trade with other countries, nor do they have a free exchange of ideas nor do they allow people to come and go. Switzerland is "non interventionist" or adhering to a policy of "armed neutrality" like our founding fathers. They do allow trade, an exchange of ideas and people to come and go which is all the antithesis of "isolationism". But your ignorance is part of the reason who you don't support Ron Paul but instead favor the progressive Wilsonian foreign policy of policing the world and fighting wars that have nothing to do with protection of our freedom

Then that little piece of paper most neoconservatives and other progressives like them use to wipe their asses but never take the time to read because if they did they would happen across Artcle I, section 8 clause 11 which gives war making authority ONLY to Congress. Not the president. Not the UN like Bush used in Iraq and not NATO.
Then of course there are the American people who by a large and wide majority want nothing to do with policing the world, sticking our noses into the business of other countries or engaging in wars that have nothing to do with pur national security or protect of our freedoms. In fact that sentiment actually predates applie pie and baseball as being part of the identifier of who we are as a people. But don't tell that to people who don't read but instead get their news from radio talk show hosts, TV heads and other war mongering morons

Then we have just about the entire intelligence community assaigned to counter terrorism efforts especially Michael Scheuer who created and ran the bin Laden unit in Afghanistan. He's the guy who was mentioned at least 12 times in the 911 Commission Report which many of the morons in here didn't even take the time to read.

Then you have the military community. Someone above mentioned that Ron Paul has received more contributions from active military than all the others combined. That is only partially true. He has received more than all combined almost multiplied by three!

We certainly cannot deny to other nations that principle whereon our own government is founded, that every nation has a right to govern itself internally under what forms it pleases, and to change these forms at its own will. Thomas Jefferson - To Thomas Pinckney, December 30, 1792

George Washington - Letter to James Monroe, August 25, 1796

Observe good faith and justice toward all nations. Cultivate peace and harmony with all. ...The nation which indulges toward another an habitual hatred or an habitual fondness is in some degree a slave. It is a slave to its animosity or to its affection, either of which is sufficient to lead it astray from its duty and its interest. George Washington - Farewell Address, September 17, 1797

Peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none should be our motto. Thomas Jefferson - First Inaugural Address, March 4, 1801

If there be one principle more deeply rooted than any other in the mind of every American, it is that we should have nothing to do with conquest. Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826) Letter to William Short, 1791
