I would agree with Marcus, except that Hawaii lost the 'birth certificate' and all the evidence to the contrary.

You seem to lack the realization about the Letter of the Law, and the Spirit.

Sin is death. So in fact, Homosexuals are killing themselves in a spiritual sense.

We as Christians are called to go out and save those who are dead spiritually. It is our purpose.

God knew that if we read the Bible we would be intelligent enough to realize that there are different ways to handle things.

In simplest form no, because we are to save those who are dead(sinners) which include homosexuals. But I will fight tooth and nail to keep it from becoming a norm and something that is acceptable.

You did even read my entire comment.

Why is it automatically assumed that we Messianic Christians think that only works can save?

Christ on the cross never rid us of the Sabbath. Remember, God is unchanging, he would not say "Here's My day" for over 1000 years and then after Christ go "I'm totally changing My day and bumpin' to the first day!"

Torah is not about death, Torah is Life! We do such things in obedience to God. The Sabbath is not a "Jewish Day" it is the Lords Day. It was chosen at the beginning of time! He would not just drop that for a 'Sunday Church'. Actually, it is mentioned more that Paul went and discussed the things of God on the Sabbath then them gathering on the first day of the week.

Why is it that Christians feel it necessary to refuse to do things the Lord commanded by saying "Well Paul said not to" , "It's not in the New Testament" or "It doesn't matter for my salvation".

Then when someone like me comes in to correct, all the 'good little Christians' go "You are a Bad man, you are legalistic and don't know nothin'!"

Paul says what he says not to change what God said nor to make the Sabbath any less important. What he is saying is that we shouldn't feel backed into a corner by other Christians and told "Look brother, we love you. But we've been hearin' you ain't doin' the Sabbath, n' we don't like that." He wants it to be out of want. But it is also mentioned because it in not necessary to salvation, but a perk along the way.

Paul wants us to treat Everyday like the Sabbath, meaning everyday we should be reading our Bibles and Praying, doing the things of God, ect...

He is not reversing the importance of the Sabbath. He is saying that it is so important we should treat every day like the Sabbath(not including the resting part).

Sabbath is not a must for a Christian, but it should be a want, because our wise creator made it to stand for all eternity and even wrote it on stone.

Do it out of obedience, we're Christians for goodness sakes. We should do as little as possible and then hop into safety. We should be trying to do as much as possible.

Remember we are ADOPTED into the family of Israel. Should we not do as they do? Is it not better to get the full experience then to do as little as possible?

Mar 2:27 And he said to them, "The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.
Mar 2:28 So the Son of Man is lord even of the Sabbath."

Just because I'm tired of Debating points that are getting s no where I'd like to quote some of our 'anit-Christian' Founding Fathers:

The Christian religion is, above all the religions that ever prevailed or existed in ancient or modern times, the religion of wisdom, virtue, equity and humanity - John Adams

In the chain of human events, the birthday of the nation is indissolubly linked with the birthday of the Savior. The Declaration of Independence laid the cornerstone of human government upon the first precepts of Christianity. - John Quincy Adams

Grateful to Almighty God for the blessings which, through Jesus Christ Our Lord, He had conferred on my beloved country in her emancipation and on myself in permitting me, under circumstances of mercy, to live to the age of 89 years, and to survive the fiftieth year of independence, adopted by Congress on the 4th of July 1776, which I originally subscribed on the 2d day of August of the same year and of which I am now the last surviving signer. - Charles Carrol

[Governments] could not give the rights essential to happiness… We claim them from a higher source: from the King of kings, and Lord of all the earth. - John Dickinson

I resign my soul into the hands of the Almighty Who gave it, in humble hopes of His mercy through our Savior Jesus Christ. - Gabriel Duvall

Sensible of the importance of Christian piety and virtue to the order and happiness of a state, I cannot but earnestly commend to you every measure for their support and encouragement. - John Hancock

This is all the inheritance I can give to my dear family. The religion of Christ can give them one which will make them rich indeed. - Patrick Henry

The Bible is the best of all books, for it is the word of God and teaches us the way to be happy in this world and in the next. Continue therefore to read it and to regulate your life by its precepts. - John Jay

[T]he only means of establishing and perpetuating our republican forms of government is the universal education of our youth in the principles of Christianity by means of the Bible. - Benjamin Rush

As you can see these men were the not 'anit-Christian' as many secularists claim. But Many of them were devout Christians. Only a handful were not.

So I'm done, since this argument is a waste of both our time. I just wanted to clear the falsehood that was spoken about our Founding Fathers.

You can find Even more quotes at Wall Builders.

Bye now!

Numbers mean nothing, remember. Hitler had almost all of Germany under his beliefs. Didn't make him any more right did it?

I brought up the list to show that scientists do dissent from evolution and some into creationism.

A thing that many evolutionists I have debated say never happens. They say: "Show me one scientist who believes in creationism."

So to stifle that option I brought it up.

You do realize that Darwin didn't create evolution, he modernized and expanded an older view, but the belief that man came from lesser creatures existed long before him.

123 before. Many after.

I've got to ask, have you ever watched Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed or Lee Strobel's: The Case For A Creator? Or are the "creationist propaganda" and only contain malicious lies that will eat away your mind!?

Also, I have yet to ever witness the 'missing link'

Besides, a science teacher(who believes strongly in evolution) told me that the way that scientists gauge the age of the earth and the universe are built off assumptions.

Assumptions or Faith, seem pretty similar to me.

I love facts, facts are fun. But I have never seen a fossil that had a tag that said: "Hi, I'm a pythocanadon. I lived 50 Million years ago and I was lime green with patches of yellow. Here is a photo book of me."

Would one practicing biologist who says: "I believe God created man." Satisfy you uniformity claim?

Does not the moon reflect light? Does not this mean that the moon could be counted as a "lesser light"? Genesis never says the moon emits light. Get over it.

By the way, America was created by Christians, who strongly believed that Christianity would be the only thing to preserve, protect and bring peace to this country.

But look how we have fallen, I could trace the fall of the influence of Christianity and show how it matches with the worsening of our society. The American culture is going down the tube, and you're using a plunger to help push it down saying that you are "liberating our minds".

You say that you have absolute proof, when, some evolutionists are admitting big holes.

Evolution can be 1 of 2 things. It can be adaptation(changes within a species(Biblical)) or it can be 2. The changing from one species to another by process of undirected mutations over long periods of time(Darwinism).

We have seen adaptation(i.e. Polar Bear, Grizzly Bear) but we have never once witnessed the second, we just find fossils.

And without the "transitional species" we got the Cambrian Explosion!

(Oh and by the way, the Dolphin is the most intelligent animal so I think that they are more evolved then apes(no like way more evolved))

Well that's what scientists have said. Others have also said that it would be a great scientific joke in the future.

So it might be.

15 years ago @ http://onthebox.us/ - Who Made God? · 7 replies · 0 points

More assumptions. I feel like I'm playing ring around the rosy with you.

I say: "I have list of Scientists who believe in creationism!"
You go: "Well they are not REAL scientists(because everyone must agree with your view to be right or factual in anyway)"
Me: "Evolution might not be true."
You: "Evolution is true you ninny faced lunatic! Go learn something you pig faced moron!"
Me: "God exists outside of space and time."
You: "The Bible lies because I have been able to prove that any science in the Bible was planted they by aliens."
(satire included)

This is a pointless argument. Neither of us have anything to gain, we'll just throw words at each other till the world ends(boy how fun!). So I suggest that you stop attacking people and God because you feel some purposeless reason to do so.

If you don't like Ray and friends then don't come here. It's as simple as that, stop being a troll. I don't go onto an atheist or evolutionist blog and start saying Darwin was an idiot.

You my friend need serious intervention.

I have a list full of Scientists past and present who believe in the creation account. There quite a few biologists on there.

Also, how does any of this address the question: "Who made God"? You are just throwing up a smoke screen by claiming that there is no God.

It doesn't answer the question.

I might as well say: "Your argument is stupid because there is no theory of evolution."
