I'm also grateful you took the time to communicate your feedback about our customer service process, thus giving us a chance to improve. Mary, I'm sorry you were on hold for so long the other day, and I'm glad you reached out to us on Twitter.
You raise some really good points here, most notably that you'd like easier ways to communicate with us. As you know, we can always reach us in a timely manner over Twitter or other social networks. We will work to improve our other modes of communication and definitely consider all your great suggestions.
