How heartbreaking. I'm excited for your move (though that means I won't have anyone to play with at Quilt Market this fall, since Fred the Mocha Dad travels a bunch) and the opportunity to be closer to your boys.

I've never seen this show, either, but my little brother loved it! Maybe I need to go to Wal-Mart and chek out the DVD rack.

Also, I thought the Coke trademark was the 2nd-most recognized symbol? Either way, the cross is #1.

Clearly, I need a harlot doll.
And, I think going to shows like this is fun!

Just because cutting the head of a snake doesn't stop its body from writhing about doesn't mean it wasn't useful to cut off its head, right? I think it sends a good message that our country too is capable of patiently planning and executing an attack on an attacker...that's it's not just a trait for Islamic fundamentalist terrorists to employ and enjoy.

Did I (or will I) celebrate this guy's death? No. But I'm glad it happened. And I know the troops who are deployed right now are very glad it happened, as I was while in Iraq when I learned we'd found and captured Saddam Hussein. And I'm also glad if it'll mean we start drawing down our presence in Afghanistan.

I was hoping you'd reference Def Leppard here. If something's gotta be poured on me, I'd prefer sugar, not the fake shit.

I don't watch any TV, but most everyone I know who does (including my wife and oldest daughter) love Glee.

When I was single, I used to loooooooooove Halloween. Because I like to play dress up. Or something.
Now, I still like to dress up and walk around my 'hood with little kids, but when/if they start wanting to dress like whores is when I start taking them trick or treating at the abbey.

Yeah, right. As if you know ANYTHING about this subject matter.

Actually, this is some good advice. You're a giver, Rob. In more than the nasty, sexual sense, too.
