There's a mature way with dealing with situations like this - accepting and making the best of it, and hiding ones head in the sand. Glad Kazakhstan is making the best of it now, and hope we can all deal with grace under pressure :)

Everyone agrees it is not illegal. But everyone also knows this isn't the right behaviour. Just because BN speakers have been worse, doesn't make what has happened here right. He should have apologised. :(

How can Selangor accept the payment but still hold the land though? At very least monies should be kept in some sort of escrow account until all encumbrances cleared?

Would raise a scandal if they didn't reappoint him, but I guess the boy's on his way out seeing they've reduced the term from 2 years to 1. Make it a year to remember!

seriously, does he expect sympathy from public or the judge when he says he took someone else's bike because he was 'tired'? If you can forceably take someone else's possessions for your own selfish wants, I'm perfectly sure you're capable of causing bodily harm in the process! Trying to be tried for a lesser crime, he should be ashamed!

All PR states need to follow Penang's example. One by one, every month, to show good faith, and to keep up pressure to BN. Don't do it all at once. Work the news cycle. This should also be part of election promise for PR from Day 1 of taking office for every candidate in next election.
