I just made this. It was amazing. Served it up on some orzo tossed in a bit of olive oil and S&P. Thank you for the idea. It's going into regular rotation.

This looks great. I bought escarole on Saturday and was planning on making pasta with it tomorrow night, but now I think I'll give this a try. I love escarole because, even though it looks delicate, it holds up in the fridge relatively well during the week, so this is almost like a pantry meal.

Wow, this looks so good. I might try it with gruyere or fontina to get a little melty cheese goodness with it, but either way, I imagine it's fantastic.

This looks so good! We get a lot of ground meat through our meat CSA and I have been having a hard time finding creative things to do with it all. Definitely adding this to the list. Maybe I'll make a double batch of the sauce to freeze for quick dinners.
