Not so much marching bands but the lone trumpet playing taps and the bagpipes doing Amazing grace for a firemans funeral I am a basket case..I am all for staycation except I stay home and my kids have ton of youth trips lol. LIke Ichthus and Arkansas..

OH I understand that feeling all too well. I did have the 3rd child totally unplanned and I was terrified. After nearly losing our second to chicken pox I did NOT want to go through that again. I am forever grateful for our youngest andhubby got snipped during my preganancy with him. But I still have days of longing for a nother little one to hold and depend on me.. then I babysit my great nieces and nephews..

HOw awful that he is left with this as his way of protection. Perhaps you can approach his mom and discuss it with her, tell her your concerns for him, for his life. Maybe if his mom feels like she is not alone in worrying about him she will get him help and herself help. If she is contributing tothe behavior they both need therapy.. Keeping you both in prayers and your daughter that she understands his behavir towards her has nothing to do with her and everything to do with him..
