3. Its officially snowing outside. I'm gonna set my alarm but I doubt I'm going anywhere tomorrow.
I'd love a copy of this book because it sounds like it expands on the ideas of Management and Leadership coming together that I'm learning in my management class. And of course I will read the book! (Perhaps learn more from it than from my management textbook too!)
Last song I bought: Josh Wilson's instrumental rendition of Amazing Grace.
Last album I bought: Matthew West's new album "The Story of Your Life"
I go to college with the kid who sings at the end of Christmas Shoes. He's friends with my roommate. The fact that she knew the kid made me laugh. I don't remember his name, only that he's the one who sang at the end of Christmas Shoes... quite a claim to fame if you ask me. I wonder if he gets a small performance royalty cut.
Newsboys did it. Check out "Way Beyond Myself" on Born Again. It's there. I like it. But its there.
Such a great batch of questions... i'm really excited to hear which ones they answer! I've been a newsboys fan for approximately 13 years (Take Me to Your Leader was my first concert!) and I've had trouble with the many sound and style changes but at the end of the day, I still like them enough to see them 8+ times in concert. So my question would be how has your live performance developed? What is their favorite part of performing? And now that we have Duncan Phillips but are minus Peter Furler do we still have a crazy rotating drumset?
I read "I Kissed Dating Goodbye" in junior high (we're talking past y2k here) and my mother later confessed to being shocked that I had a boyfriend in 8th grade because I had read that book! I thought it had good points but it wasn't for me.... thinking maybe I should go read "Boy Meets Girl" now though.
