One more thing that doubts, is why don't the Anna group want private NGO's to come under Lokpal when they want the government NGOs to come.

They want to create a Scanner but don't want themselves to be scanned !

Top Officials have nothing to do with lover level corruption, let's take any case of CWG or 2G , how is the public involved here, A company X pays some bribe to get a deal done.

Now there is no low level person involved here. And these scams don't affect public, but public is actually effected by low level corruption and that can be improved by educating people and making firm laws. But it in no way requires a Lokpal. How can you entrust the whole nation on just 12 people who have come just on their own. Strict laws can be made without a Lokpal as well. And Why is Anna so adamant of his own version, let the government version come and then progress, even the NAC has agreed to use the Jan Lokpal without some seven points of PM and all.

Why is he not agreeing with it? Just take an example Singapore also has a Lokpal and only 1% corruption. but what are the powers of Lokpal there ? Lokpal is supposed to be an Incharge not the Principal of the School ! Its the people who in order to get their work done pay bribes that start all this. Getting Jobs, getting admission, now if somebody not so qualified is paying some amount to get a job why should I give chance to an eligible person who is not paying?

You remove the bribe payers from the system, everything just fixes then and there ! So ideally there should be laws that stop bribe payers not bribe accepters ! Also Why didn't the public support an earlier movement when they were discussing to legalize bribe, because that would in fact stop corruption !

Hey the Big K, you found one person who wants The Big Change, I am one of those. Don't talk to people who are after money and just settle with what is going on. I know its hard to go for the change but luckily I have a family that support me at all ends. I was going to join VIT but dropped engineering itself. I now run a software business at Lucknow and aspire to create a lot of employment opportunities at least for those who want a change and do what interests them and not what forces them.
