There are uncontradicted reported that Wade Mark used official letterheads to request these concessions, so I cannot agree with you "...there is no evidence the Speaker has done wrong..."

Also, UWI/ALJ GSB must publish the results of the MBA Management Accounts final exams so that we can see what an outstanding performance this 'alleged' 91% is...The continuing lack of details from UWI is sad, coming from the region's leading tertiary education establishment...as the old folks say 'Nearer to Church, further from God'...

The JCC continues to call for the immediate publication of the Bernard Report into the Piarco Airport scandal, the implementation of the Uff Report recommendations (today's Express editorial supports our call) and the immediate tabling of our DRAFT BILL for Public Procurement. Well, the point is that this Plot to Pervert Parliament took place over an alleged $1Bn in Public Money which was stolen, so what would we find if we looked closely at this $24Bn scandal? Why won't the public officials answer basic questions on this matter? That is the point...

Smart and forward thinking. This is the kind of mind we need in the culture ministry or in cabinet. Problem is, if you're not pals with a prime minister and get in as a senator, you have to be pals with the political leader and win a seat in parliament. Many try, only 41 win. Genius must be rewarded.
