We don't even know if this guy was actually drinking. More people are killed in non alcohol related automobile deaths by far than by alcohol related deaths. Yes drinking and driving is bad if you are impaired but having a glass of wine with your dinner and driving home should not be a crime so don't make it sound like it is.

We don't even really know what this guy did but I can almost guarantee whatever it was didn't warrant death. If he was a kid and scared he would run out of stupidity and fear. Cops should not have the right to kill because someone doesn't comply with them and people run. If that is the case then it was justified that Trayvon Martin was shot for running. Think about it.

Wow you people are nuts!! Don't even know the details of the story and making assumptions. As for having people with a DUI getting plates get over your selfish hatred. Not everyone who gets a DUI is a drunk, or someone who is irresponsible. You can get a DUI and be well under the .08 limit, it is officer discretion a single glass of wine and .01 BAC can get you a DUI. So don't sit there and beat your damned drum when you don't know all the facts your morons!!

Maybe we should shoot people for speeding or having a headlight out or talking on cell phones. Don't know what this guy did but cops are trained to maim or wound not kill. A head shot is intended to kill and is murder not self defense. I hope those that think this is good get pulled over for something stupid and get shot.
