You're so right. In the spirit of that kind of blunt honesty I would like to do to Andrew what he so unrepentantly did to Kennedy. (I think Andrew was exceedingly kind in his remarks about Kennedy, btw) Here goes: Andrew Breitbart was a big loud-mouthed man who used this gift from God to expose Leftism and encourage right thinking, he was a refreshing gust of clean wind in the heavy toxic mugginess of the Lame Stream, he was a veritable mountain of truth that constantly threw himself into the path of oncoming lies, he was a courageous warrior, a self-less and intrepid pioneer, a man of his word and a thorn in the side of evil.

I could go on but some people apparently find it unseemly to be so honest about a person right after they've passed.

Farewell, Andrew. You'll be missed down here, buddy. Wish I had taken you up on that beer now.

I still don't really see how Romney is the front runner when it's obvious that supporters of any of the other three would rather vote for any one of the other three than for Romney.

As am I ... and of anyone else in this GOP nomination whose last name is not Romney.

As a former editor-in-chief myself I can attest for the reality that in print publications, no matter what the opinions are that get published in the opinion section, none of them are there without the express consent of the top dog. I suspect that this is less true of websites like say HuffPo, where bloggers post willy-nilly and probably generate far too much text (and hot air) for Ariana to read it all before it goes up. Ariana isn't blind either although she may be brain dead, judging from her opinions of late. Glenn of course is far from brain dead although he is practically blind. In any case, I don't have to know whether or not Beck endorses his opinions to know what I personally think of Scarry. For starters he's an idiot. Beyond that, he's a lightweight and his opinions are not worth this much discussion.

Excoriating Media Matters over their incessant two-facedness and imbecility is like jacking off, gratifying in the short run but entirely pointless and unproductive in the larger picture.

One would assume that anyone who "blogs" at the Blaze has at least their tacit consent to post what they post. I concede your point that it's not quite the same thing as putting the man's byline on their front page.

The Netherlands shouldn't ban the burqa, they should ban Islam.
