This is one of those topics that many will consider a joke, but those with a serious concern certainly will not. Like any surgery, some will choose it frivolously, or from misinformation, or will not be sufficiently informed about it by their physicians. But I can see why it could make a big difference in the lives of those women and heir partners where it is a legitiamte issue.
