One more thing to notice is that the "per-event" mail templates are going away in the next release. So working on migration to HTML templates right now is wise.

Just went over this with Nic - it is called "CC Email Filter" and located at the email settings advanced options.

As I told Nic I think the wording needs to be changed - it confusing and has nothing to do with what it actually does, plus the CC thing makes it more unclear.
I would go for "ignore emails from" - it sticks to the "ignore emails X" standard of the advanced mail settings and makes more sense.
