AND SO, the only reason to get rid of the documents is if the documents themselves are more damaging than the disappearance of the documents.

First, it wasn't a gesture of respect, but a gesture of subserviance.

Second, the reason we OWE money to other governments is because of all the Entitlement programs created by Democrats and (admittedly) some Republicans (but no conservatives). We have been trying to solve THAT problem for a while now. But the majority of voters vote based on the promises they PERSONALLY will benefit from without considering the consequences to their children. So ...

Third, it would be wise for everyone to recognize that government is AS CORRUPT (if not more so) than corporations. And so, just like you want MANY corporations competing against each other, so TO, you want many governments. If we ACTUALLY had ONE world government, we would ALL loose our civil liberties. There would be NO incentive for the government to keep them.

Were are NOT waging a war against muslims. We are waging a war against EXTREMIST TERRORISTS who use the muslim religion as a tool.

I say this with EXTREME prejudice because it is the Liberal Press working AGAINST the US and the extremists themselves that SAY we are waging a war against muslims to recruit more idiots to their side.

In other words, your words are giving Aid and Comfort and JUSTIFICATION to the enemy.

BTW, an entitelment is something you can piss on without guilt (your entitled to it, no matter what you do with it). A gift is something you should appreciate. SO, if you actually want to LIFT someone up, then you should give them a gift, not an entitlement.

BUT, let’s examine our differences and see if you and I are at least living by our principles.

Conservatives feel the needy should be helped through private entities (charities). Liberals feel that the only way to really guarantee that the needy will receive the help they need is for the government to provide the service (national health care, welfare, etc.).

I live by my principles … I give a large portion of my extra money to charities so they CAN help the needy. Do you live by YOUR principles? How much EXTRA money did you send to the IRS this year?

If you HAVE intentionally given EXTRA money to the IRS, then I have no choice but to respect you.

BUT, if your answer is none, if you haven’t sent any EXTRA money to the IRS, then your being sanctimonious with MY money, not your own. If you’re honest with yourself, then you must SEE what this says about your principles?

If Obama was REALLY trying to build a better America, then I, being a compassionate conservative, would support him. But HIS idea of a better America is rooted in the idea that HE, being an elitist, knows how to spend MY money better than I do. Since this isn’t at all true, then everything he builds on top of this cracked foundation of self grandeur is destined to crumble. He actually isn’t building ANYTHING.
