In times of old we had what were called newspapers on real cellulose fiber and although they did provide some public service their views of the political opera were always skewed one way or another. People read newspapers every day, investing time in their endeavor to be informed. So what? Now we have the internet and an infinite source of opinion and news. We still have to sort out what looks true, what looks biased, and what is sheer bull. What would have been said fifty years ago when a president declared he wanted to regulate the news with thye FCC? Seems to me editors across the nation would have raised hell. Press needs to be free whether it's running through servers or printed on paper.

If one person intimidates another to the point the freedom of assembly or speech is hindered -- does that consititue rights infringement?
