Maybe if the SPD got rid of their spokesman Millsap and replaced him with a bunch of the highly trained dogs the SPD could do more to stop crime. A milk bone and a pat on the head and they would work overtime!

They should start with the police spokesman. Looks like he just gave criminals a free pass and told them not to worry about stealing stuff.

They can at least take a report on the items, that way if they show up on craigslist etc, at least there will be some record that it is yours. Maybe when I beat the crap outta somebody that sells my hard earned stuff on craiglist, there will be a record of it and the next guy might not be so apt to steal something of mine.
