Personally,I wasn't in love with Vawk's collection... but there were a few pieces that I did like, the ones you showed in the links. I think that my expectation were too high and I was slightly disappointed :( I am loving this fashion week, I think it has a lot to offer...personally, I adore Canadian fashion :) and I am proud to share it. I can't wait to go tomorrow, although I am going to only one show... I wish I had more time to attend others, but friends and school come first and I have a birthday soiree and exam :) It sucks that you didn't make it last year ( neither did i ) but there's always a next season... that's why I am not in a rush to go and see all of the shows in person :)
