besides having direct proof,DIRECT PROOF !! that some of what you think i am refering to does exist,while dealing with another gov't agency i found out my kid was enrolled in that school and hedefinitelywas NOT,mentioned by name so it was not a mistake ! But again that particular area was not the part i wasreferringto,there are many different areas where money is handled.Athletics is a real piece of cake to pull some real sweet tricks with the ole dollars !!!
